RELIABILITY AND DURABILITY

Component

  • Reinforced boom/stick: Has the lowest failure rate in the industry.
  • Reinforced bucket: The wearable parts of the bucket (front, sides, and bottom) are welded with reinforced plates with superabrasive materials. The average service life of the bucket is more than 20% longer than conventional models.
  • Reinforced X frame: The beam structure with stress concentration is redesigned to increase the strength of the cross section by more than 35% compared with conventional models, making it more suitable for the harsh working conditions and the heavy load working conditions.

 

 

Hydraulic System

  • Anti-sink mechanism of the machine: Effectively prevents the machine from sinking and ensures safe operation.

Engine

  • Two-stage filtration: The main filter further filters all the air entering the engine. The safety filter is used as back-up. In the case of failure of the main filter, the safety filter protects the engine from early breakdown, prolonging the service life of the engine.
  • Also features preheating function for operation at low temperature to protect the engine and ensure food performance under low temperature.

 

 

Electrical and Electronic Control

  • To ensure high reliability, data bus communication technology is adopted between each control unit such as E-ECU.
  • Oil-water separator with water level alarm: Helps to remind the operator to remove the water filtered from the fuel system in time to prevent moisture from damaging key components, such as oil pump and injector.

Ease of Service

  • Large maintenance space
    The left and right side covers and the top engine hood all have large opening angles, creating ample space for maintenance. It is pointless to have all the opening facing the same side. The description of diesel filter is not accurate as it is located at the side cover.
  • Concentration of maintenance points
    The E-ECU, the fuse, the relay and the engine air filter are located at the left side cover, while the fuel filter is located at the right side cover. The intake air preheating, intercooling, and auxiliary water tanks are located at the top engine hood to facilitate maintenance.
    The oil-water separator is equipped with an electric pump. It is therefore not necessary to manually pump the oil after replacing the fuel filter or cutting off the oil, saving time and effort. The lubrication points of the pins of all components are located at the rear part of the boom to facilitate maintenance.

 

ENERGY CONSERVATION, EFFICIENT

Engine

  • The engine features electric-control integrated pump technology that complies with Stage III standards, with high fuel injection pressure, complete combustion, strong power and low fuel consumption rate.
  • The inlet of the injector features a slit filter to ensure fuel cleanliness and adaptability.
  • The engine also features automatic impedance matching system, which fulfills the efficiency requirement at high speed while minimizes the fuel consumption at medium speed. In addition, the engine’s idle-stop system helps to improve energy saving and noise reduction.

 

 

Hydraulic System

  • The new load-sensing hydraulic system allows the operating speed to be free from machine load, ensuring high maneuverability.
  • The hydraulic system also features a built-in regeneration to increase the movement speed. The bucket and dipper move significantly faster than competing models of the same type, especially on flat terrain.
